Rod Garage born in September 2014 when I decided to turn my great passion for rod building into a real job by completely immersing myself in this complex world made up of blanks, cork washers, rings and yarns of every color and type. The assemblies are mainly aimed at fly rods, spinning and baitcasting where the imagination can be truly limitless.
My work consists of customizing / modifying or improving the rods, in the assembly of blanks with the possibility of truly infinite customization, starting from the choice of the blank through the handle, reel seat and ringing.

The blanks used are the best on the market such as CTS, MHX, PHENIX ROD O MATAGI (just to name the most famous and used).Great attention and care is paid to the choice of components: "top flor" grade cork from Sardinia, high density EVA, FUJI MATAGI or ALPS reel seats and FUJI (in all its variants) or REC OIL guides.

Solid tip series
The "Solid tip series" is an exclusive Rod Garage specifically designed for European nymphing where the continuous search for increasingly high-performance tools aimed at ultralight has led us to obtain a series of rods unique in its kind thanks to the use of solid carbon tips.
The solid tip has already been used for some time in all ultralight fishing techniques in which there is the need to project sometimes infinitesimal artificial lures. Hence the idea of adapting it to a fly rod thus obtaining an extremely specific and precise tool, absolutely perfect for the use of micro nymphs and thin leaders.
The rods are available with 3 different solid tips that modify their action and length:

The blanks used are all original CTS made in New Zealand, always synonymous with quality and appreciated by anglers all over the world.
All solid tip series mount original REC OIL titanium guides and FUJI stripping guides.
The handle is made of extremely light carbon with excellent vibration transmission, while for the reel seat the choice fell on ALPS with downlock assembly and butt in extremely resistant agglomerate.
For solid tip series, full custom chosen by the customer is available.
